REFUND & RETURN POLICY
All KLM products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Please allow 10–14 business days for production and shipping. Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays.
